FAQ
Where does the administration run?
Entirely in the frontend: place the central admin portal on a private page via [wm-manage-details].
Does it track IP addresses?
Optionally, for security purposes. The feature is designed to be GDPR-compliant and requires user consent when tracking is enabled.
How do I show the member directory?
With the [user-list] shortcode — a searchable directory of your users on any page or post.
Is the free version time-limited?
No. WhoIsMember is fully functional and does not expire.
Can I extend it?
Yes. Optional add-ons such as Activity Log (audit trail) and Role Editor (role management) add deeper capabilities.
